"Local Color" celebrates the color, environment, and culture of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The images reflect some of my feelings about what I see here.

By being mindful while journeying through the day, one can occasionally see beneath the surface. The source materials for this exhibit were photographs taken on St. Croix. The art of color, texture and composition were applied to these images to emphasize some of the beauty, whimsy and emotional content of our everyday surroundings. While the world is a mystery and each of us must reach our own understanding of it, I hope some of these images will resonate with others.
